A full Roof Replacement is a major investment, and Counce homeowners deserve a crew that explains every material option instead of pushing whatever's easiest to install.
A Roof Replacement project touches every layer of your roof system, from decking to final shingle course, and every layer matters for how long it lasts.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead's credentials are verified before your project is scheduled.
Local Counce crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We match material choice to Counce's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Counce Roof Replacement project with us covers.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
For Counce homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Counce roof running cooler and drier.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
On-site assessment covers decking condition, ventilation, and material recommendations specific to your property.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
